To use our new service follow the steps below...
Step 1. Click on the Get Started button to download the support application.
Step 2. When the installation of the client software starts please click Run/Open in each window as it appears.
Step 3. You should now see the following on your screen.
Step 4. Call us at (509) 489-3344 to meet your support technician.
When you call we will tell you which name to click on.
When we are finished helping you with your computer,
this application will close leaving nothing installed on your computer.
