Our Custom built computer systems are fully tested and "burned in" before they are shipped to make sure our customers are receiving a top-of-the-line product. And when we say custom, we mean custom! If you don't see the computer you want on our Systems page, submit your request for a custom computer and we will build it with no extra fees.

| This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your services or purchases from Perfection PC, Inc entity named on the invoice (Perfection PC) that will be provided to you (Customer) on all services or purchases, related products and support sold in the United States. By accepting delivery of the computer systems, other products and or services and support described on that invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (i) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE SERVICE OR PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH PERFECTION PC, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN OR (ii) UNLESS OTHER PERFECTION PC STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Perfection PC’s sole discretion.

Liability
Perfection PC's total liability herein in respect of each event or series of connected events shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Customer for the Products. The Customer shall indemnify Perfection PC and keep Perfection PC fully and effectively indemnified against any loss of or damage to any property or injury to or death of any persons caused by any negligent act or omission or willful misconduct of its employees, agents or sub-contractors. Perfection PC and Customer agree that Perfection PC will not be liable for Products not being available for use, or for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered. Perfection PC shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of Products or services, even if Perfection PC has been advised of their possibility. Any service response times stated by Perfection PC in the service contracts are approximate only and Perfection PC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from its failure to meet such response times, howsoever occasioned. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documents or information issued by Perfection PC shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Perfection PC.

Our Guarantee
Perfection PC provides only superior products and services. After your computer has been serviced, if you still have the same problem or if you feel that we have misdiagnosed the problem, call us back within 30 days. We will set up a time to look at it again. If the problem is related to the original problem, we will fix it for FREE!!! FREE Pick Up or Delivery does NOT apply to Warranty Services. If the problem is not related to the original problem as diagnosed by Perfection PC or is a continuation of work not performed you are entitled to a new estimate before any work will be performed. Any attempt to repair or service any Computer Equipment or Laptop not authorized by the Management of Perfection PC will void any and all warranties. For customer convenience we will store your computer for up to 30 days after it has been finished or progress has been stopped due to loss of contact with the customer. If the equipment is not picked up within 30 days you will be charged a $60 per month storage fee thereafter. At the end of 90 days the equipment will become the property of Perfection PC and will be liquidated.

Prices, specifications, and availability of services or products are subject to change without notice. Due to the volatile nature of the computer market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in our services, products, prices, or offers is subject to correction without notice.

Return Policy
All Returns MUST be accompanied by original purchase receipt and must include all accessories, materials and packaging in new or original condition. All Returns are subject to inspection and testing before any refund will be given. New product purchases stocked by Perfection PC may be returned for Refund within 14 days from purchase date. Special Order items may be subject to a 15-25% restocking fee as determined by our vendor. Perfection PC custom built computers will be subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned or canceled after order has been placed. All pre-built third party computer systems are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee as determined by the manufacturer. Used items are sold as-is with no returns unless DOA, in which case, at Perfection PC’s sole discretion, item will be repaired, exchanged or returned for credit within 3 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

Warranties
All new purchases are covered by the original manufacturer warranty. Perfection PC custom built computers are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship by Perfection PC for 1 year unless otherwise stated during sale. Third party computer systems are covered under the original manufacturer warranty as stated by the manufacturer. Technical support provided by Perfection PC is limited and may vary at the sole discretion of Perfection PC and its employees. All software is subject to manufacturer warranties and limitations. Warranty services do not cover abuse, accidents, neglect, misuse or any other problems outside of defects in materials and workmanship. Any attempt to repair or service any Computer Equipment or Laptop not authorized by the Management of Perfection PC will void any and all warranties. All Warranty services will be provided only at Perfection PC. Any attempt to repair or service any Computer Equipment or Laptop not authorized by the Management of Perfection PC will void any and all warranties.

Exclusion of Implied Warranties and Limitation of Liability
PERFECTION PC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE GOODS OR SERVICES SOLD HEREUNDER SHALL BE MERCHANTABLE OR THAT SUCH GOODS OR SERVICES SHALL BE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL PERFECTION PC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF EQUIPMENT, DATA OR SOFTWARE LOST, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, COSTS OF RENTING REPLACEMENTS AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, RESULTING FROM PERFECTION PC'S PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PERFORM UNDER THIS SALE, OR FROM THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF ANY GOODS OR SERVICES SOLD PURSUANT HERETO, WHETHER DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, THE NEGLIGENCE OF PERFECTION PC , OR OTHERWISE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY OR MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
